We are recruiting for an IT Support Technician VIP to join one of our major clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to VIP users, managing incidents and requests, and performing maintenance and resolution operations on computer equipment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Rigorous and able to follow existing procedures
  • Collaborative and motivated
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, SCCM, and ITIL
  • English language skills a plus
