Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in IT (BTS, DUT) or equivalent experience.
  • Good mastery of Windows (7, 10, 11) and Linux.
  • Knowledge of the network (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and workplace security.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (GLPI, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent service and communication skills.
