The Techno Functional Consultant - L1 will provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions. The role involves working with project and support teams, driving end-to-end processes, and providing techno-functional solution support for new business implementations.
Requirements
- ServiceNow - IT Service Management
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module
- ITSM module (RITM, workflows), service portal experience preferred
- Proficient in Client scripts, Business rules, UI policies, UI actions
- Flow Designer / Workflow / Scripted Flows
- Service Catalog & Request Management
- CMDB & Discovery integration
- Custom App Development
- Scoped applications
- Scripted REST APIs, Inbound/Outbound integrations
- MID server configurations
