They are a passionate and detail-oriented team composed of highly skilled analysts working collaboratively with internal and external IT teams to recover service, provide status updates, and implement training. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role within a growing team.
Requirements
- Post-secondary technical diploma/certification
- 3-5 years supporting IT infrastructure and services in large, complex Data Centre environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 framework
- Demonstrated ability to provide timely Incident Management support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
