The TELUS Command Centre team is dedicated to providing 24x7 incident management support for data centre operations. They are a passionate and detail-oriented team composed of highly skilled analysts working collaboratively with internal and external IT teams to recover service, provide status updates, and implement training. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role within a growing team.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary technical diploma/certification
  • 3-5 years supporting IT infrastructure and services in large, complex Data Centre environments
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 framework
  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely Incident Management support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
