Technology Change Management Analyst (ITIL)

The Technology Change Management Analyst will handle changes implemented to the global production environments for all the Operations and Technology streams in Citi. The role involves ensuring overall change quality and effectiveness, and ensuring proper scheduling, level of approval and risk/impact assessment.

Requirements

• ITIL awareness, certification will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Preferably 2+ years of working experience in complex IT environment
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes
• Experience in the use of ServiceNow or any similar ITSM tool an asset
