Requirements

• Knowledge of best practices for defining business processes for enterprise risk management and supplier management
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow architecture and best practices for implementing Digital Transformation projects on the ServiceNow platform
• In-depth knowledge of GRC/IRM/ERM and TPRM modules related to risk management and possession of at least one ServiceNow CIS certification in the Risk field
• At least 3 years of experience with successful stories for setup and application maintenance activities on the ServiceNow platform, with a preference for implementing risk management processes, preferably in the Finance / Banking sector
• Experience with project management methodologies and Agile (SCRUM, SAFe, etc.)
• STEM degree (specialized or triennial)
• Deep understanding of various operating systems such as Linux, Windows Server, and UNIX, and related scripting
• Excellent organizational skills to follow multiple projects and predisposition to work in a team
• Excellent relational and client-facing skills
• English language B2
