As a ServiceNow Architect/Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards. You will work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. You will also provide expertise and support during the presales process and assist in the creation of effort estimates and implementation plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT with a focus on ServiceNow solutions
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including GRC, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other modules
