As a Technology Services Consultant, you will provide high-level customer service and technical support to KPMG employees, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
- Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
- Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
- Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
