Job Description Our Connected Technology Group (CTG) defines and drives the digital, data and technology strategy for KPMG. As a team member of the NSW Techzone, this role represents the “face of IT”, focused on providing the highest level of customer service using innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
  • Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
  • Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
  • Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
