EY is seeking a TechOps - DE - CloudOps - Monitoring Engineer to monitor cloud infrastructure, respond to alerts, and ensure platform stability. This role involves real-time incident detection, initial troubleshooting, and escalation, collaborating with L2/L3 support and engineering teams. The position requires understanding cloud services (AWS, Prometheus, etc.) and DevOps tools.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or application monitoring
- Basic understanding of cloud platform - AWS and operating systems
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk
- ITSM tool experience (ServiceNow preferred)
