EY is seeking a TechOps-DE-SNOW TechLead-M to build strong relationships with clients, manage an Operations Delivery Manager team, and drive value through proactive day-to-day management of operations. This role requires technical expertise in ServiceNow, a focus on client delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will own core ServiceNow module delivery with minimal management support.

Requirements

• Manage L2 & DevOps team.
• Manage operations queues (incidents, fulfillment, service requests).
• Manage team's workload, review timesheets, approve timesheets.
• Manage application enhancements/defects.
• Plan & manage platform upgrades.
• Produce weekly & monthly service review reports.
