Telecom Support Specialist for Oil & Gas industry to assist in multiple transition projects, optimizing network infrastructure, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth operation of telecommunications services.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in design and installation of telecommunications cabling distribution systems
• Proven experience in technical support role with focus on network infrastructure and telecommunications systems
• Strong understanding of network ticketing systems (DevOps, Remedy, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Calero)
