- One or more certifications: Telecommunications (TCM), Telecommunications Master Engineer, iNARTE Telecommunications Engineer, Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Internet Protorcol Engineering Professional (IPEP), Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS), or Certified IP Telecom Network Specialist
