SMBC Group is seeking an experienced ITAM & Technology Risk Support Analyst to join their Infrastructure team in Dublin. The role focuses on bridging the gap between the Infrastructure department and the IT Asset Management team, supporting Technology Risk and IT Audit functions. This is a contract role, acting as a liaison and data point for key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within an Infrastructure department in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure asset management practices and lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, VMware vCenter, SCCM, Tanium, LogicMonitor, Solarwinds, ControlUp, and MS-Teams.

Requirements Summary
Experience in ITAM, strong asset management knowledge, and hands-on experience with IT tools (ServiceNow, Active Directory, vCenter). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
