We are looking for a temporary Technical Support Engineer for our Service Desk team for the summer. The position is a fixed-term contract for about two months. The job requires strong Unix command line working skills, experience with Ipost, and expertise in ServiceNow/Meseflow.
Requirements
- Necessary education background and/or previous experience in similar tasks
- Strong Unix command line working skills
- Previous experience with Ipost
- Expertise in ServiceNow/Meseflow
- Good technical understanding of sending and receiving electronic documents
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Finnish and English
