We're looking for a Test Analyst with experience in automated testing on the ServiceNow platform, especially in the FSO module. The person will work on client onboarding projects, document digitization, and user experience improvement, collaborating with international and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Advanced English (B2 or higher)
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, preferably in the FSO module
- Domain knowledge of the Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Knowledge in functional, integration, and regression testing
- Ability to analyze logs and identify failures
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with testing management tools (JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, etc.)
