Test Lead

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to join the GBS Settlement Tribe to drive the Integration Testing of business requirements, functional, non-functional and technical, on various Features and Epics.

Requirements

• Master degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Civil Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of working experience with IT Testing (or practicing testing activities)
• Business or technical knowledge in the Settlement domain
• Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to extract relevant information from documentation, system data, clients and colleagues and analyse the gathered information.
• An experience working in Agile is a clear asset
• An experience with the risk-based approach
• Experience working with tools such as TFS, ServiceNow, ALM or similar
• Ability to work on several Epics and Features in parallel
• Knowledgeable about non-functional testing and automation, based on market practise
• Experience with task/team management and offshoring is an advantage
• Proficient in English
