Requirements

  • US citizen with active Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 8-12 years of experience in IT Services Support Operations
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Demonstrated Leadership as a technical leader
  • Experience organizing, directing and implementing contract activities for various concurrent projects in multiple countries
  • Successful track record within DoD operations, IT help desk, systems administration, network installation, facilities management, logistics inventory management, and movement
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
