Requirements
- US citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 8-12 years of experience in IT Services Support Operations
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- Demonstrated Leadership as a technical leader
- Experience organizing, directing and implementing contract activities for various concurrent projects in multiple countries
- Successful track record within DoD operations, IT help desk, systems administration, network installation, facilities management, logistics inventory management, and movement
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
