GovCIO is hiring a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues and provide timely resolution and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Experience in a complex Government IT environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests
