GovCIO is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving HW, SW, network, and system-related problems, and providing timely resolution and follow-up. They are looking for a proactive individual with strong ITIL Knowledge, ServiceNow skills, and a willingness to escalate issues.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certification
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow
  • Ability to follow senior team member direction and escalate issues
