This position is for a Tier 1 Service Desk Specialist in the United States. The role requires providing technical assistance to end users, handling incident management, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office365, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of Windows 10 systems, laptops, tablets, and iPhone configuration/troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (preferred)
- A+ certification required; ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card) for 3+ years and compliant with federal taxes
