PingWind is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to provide support to both remote and walk-in customers in the USSOUTHCOM enterprise. The role involves resolving technical issues, managing networks, providing account management, and maintaining knowledge repositories. Relocation, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance and housing are included.

Requirements

  • TS with SCI Eligibility
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or commensurate level of experience
  • 8570 IAT Level II and Computing Environment
  • 2-5 Years of Experience
