GovCIO is hiring a Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues, collaboration with other teams, and mentoring Tier 1 resources. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a complex Government IT environment.
  • Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests.
  • Collaboration with other IT teams and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
