Tiered Support

By Light Professional IT Services LLC is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Engineer to maintain IT systems, user accounts, telephony, and application needs. This role involves supporting all aspects of IT infrastructure, working on medium-size projects, and ensuring timely delivery of reliable and efficient solutions. The position requires escalation within the team and direct communication with customer IT staff.

Requirements

• Using ServiceNow to manage ticketing queues
• Troubleshooting and maintaining Office365 accounts and printers
• Providing user support, adding/removing/modifying user accounts, PC setup, and initial LAN configuration
• Escalating to management
• Maintaining Control-M administrator functions
• Generating detailed SOPs
• Working onsite at customer's location in Alexandria, VA
• 24x7 On-call rotation
