We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist, APAC to join HR Shared Services. The role involves managing and administering the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, employee recognition, and Leave of Absence. The successful candidate will have experience working in a global HR Shared Services with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the APAC region.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working within HR Shared Services as a HR Operations/administration or a similar role, with a focus on total rewards
- Strong knowledge of Total Rewards systems, principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience in knowledge management and case management systems
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) for data management and reporting and the ServiceNow platform
- Experience working in Oracle, ADP (Global View) a plus
- Must be proficient in English
