We are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join our Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The successful candidate will provide Total Rewards support and serve as an expert in compensation-related activities and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, specializing in Total Rewards.
- Expertise in compensation with in-depth understanding of market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis and evaluations, etc.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (preferably Workday and ServiceNow).
- Highly proficient in English.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Teamwork and customer service skills.
Requirements Summary
