Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join the Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The successful candidate will provide Total Rewards support to over 500 professionals and serve as an expert in compensation-related activities and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, specializing in Total Rewards.
• Expertise in compensation with in-depth understanding of market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis, and evaluations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience working with HR Information Systems (preferably Workday and ServiceNow).
• Highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Teamwork and customer service skills.
