The role requires a strategic leader with experience in Project and Transition Management, who can guide complex transitions and develop comprehensive transition strategy and execution plans.

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen with eligibility for Federal Government clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project and Transition Management, ideally within Managed Networks Service environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead high-performing teams and navigate intricate, matrixed collaborator environments.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and an extensive knowledge of service management frameworks.
  • Strategic problem solver with a hands-on approach to solving problems and improving processes.
