EY GDS Tax Technology team is seeking a Tax Staff with expertise in ServiceNow to join their TTT team in Bangalore, India. This is an opportunity to work on a pioneer offering and contribute to a growing service, enhancing value-add, and improving efficiencies for their clients. The role involves developing and implementing ServiceNow applications, integrating with third-party applications, and collaborating with a range of ServiceNow administrators.
Requirements
- Module with ITSM, Custom application, integration, Service Portal, CSM are recommended.
- Experience in developing ServiceNow application functionalities
- Proficient using REST Web Service APIs
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture
- Experience developing workflows, Business Rules, ACLS, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Date Policies, UI Actions, and table extension in ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 1-3 years of coding, testing and implementing ServiceNow as a technical resource.
