The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of value through an Agile Release Train (ART) using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The position requires strong facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills to guide teams in executing ART processes, removing impediments, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalency
• Five (5) years of related experience, including hands-on experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Rally)
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience leading ARTs or large agile teams, delivering business value through process improvements and team empowerment
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate agile events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt workshops
• Experience managing dependencies across teams and stakeholders in complex environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to coach teams, remove impediments, and influence leaders
• Ability to navigate governance and operational challenges in complex, regulated environments
