Requirements

  • Tier I–III support experience with tools like Zoom, Slack, Box, LucidSuite, SharePoint, Kaltura, Smartsheet, and Unily (Intranet)
  • Strong understanding of collaboration managed services and platforms
  • Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT/Collaboration Support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
