Abile Group is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to support an Intelligence Community Customer. The role involves reviewing and enhancing existing communication infrastructure, performing hardware refreshes, and creating documentation. The ideal candidate will be independent, professional, and capable of handling all responsibilities.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly.
- 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
- Experience utilizing trouble ticket systems like ServiceNow.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-5 years experience in communication systems, or 6-8 in related fields. TS/SCI clearance and experience with trouble ticket systems. Excellent communication & problem solving skills are required
