The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing support contracts, and delivering projects. The role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow releases, license management, and financials, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow technology
- Fluent English
- ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS certifications
- Experience in consulting, client-facing, or team handling/leading
- Cross-functional knowledge of pre-sale process, sales, SOWs, and RFPs
