As a Senior Specialist Technician, you will provide hands-on support to employees in their local office and company-wide via remote assistance. You will support the onboarding of employees, provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, and assist with testing and deploying new hardware, software, and operating systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Over a year of experience supporting Windows and macOS versions
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow
  • Understanding of Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Terminal
  • Knowledge of self-service software installation tools like Company Portal and ManageEngine
  • Understanding of Active Directory tools
