Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Over a year of experience supporting Windows and macOS versions
- At least one year of related work experience
- Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow
- Understanding of Command Prompt, PowerShell, and Terminal
- Knowledge of self-service software installation tools like Company Portal and ManageEngine
- Understanding of Active Directory tools
