We are seeking a User Documentation and Training Expert to work in Brussels, Belgium, to develop training material, deliver training sessions, and contribute to the development and maintenance of the Training Knowledge Base.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline
- Minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT
- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering trainings
- Extensive experience of ServiceNow technologies
- Good knowledge with video development and editing software
- Experience supporting Change Management activities
- Knowledge of graphic design to enhance visual content
