ServiceNow is seeking a UX Sr Technical Consultant to join the Customer Excellence Group (CEG) team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow's front-end technologies and a passion for human-centered design. The role involves building best-in-class user experiences, driving customer KPIs, and leading design and requirements workshops.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of configuration or development experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform GenAI capabilities leveraging Now Assist
  • Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
  • Experience developing with common JavaScript frameworks and web technologies
