Value Stream Manager - SNOW Development (Onsite)

Value Stream Manager - SNOW Development (Onsite) leads a critical recovery effort for a next-generation digital aviation project, overseeing strategy, delivery, and long-term value across a complex supplier-involved project. The role involves managing supplier relationships, cost, schedule, scope, and risk/opportunity, and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Prior Project or Program Management experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of program financial management and supplier performance tracking
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage high-visibility programs or lead initiatives under tight deadlines
