The VDI Systems Administrator, Journeyman will oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Requirements
- US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
