The Senior VDI Systems Administrator will oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). The role will involve providing expert-level technical guidance, creating analysis of alternatives, and performing technical problem-solving for customer support of disaster recovery/COOP.
Requirements
- US citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
