Vice President - Tolling/ITS, Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Southern California. This role will be instrumental in supporting and managing complex and technical projects across tolling systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and general transportation IT, ensuring client satisfaction and technical excellence. The position will primarily support projects in California and the Pacific Northwest, focusing on project delivery, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated project management experience in tolling, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), or closely related transportation IT projects.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with budgets, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Jira).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working on projects within California and/or the Pacific Northwest.
