Redwood Software is searching for a proven product marketing leader and evangelist to help take their industry-leading automation business to the next level. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in product marketing, with expertise in enterprise technologies and a proven track record of success in technology infrastructure and B2B software industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Expertise with enterprise technologies, including major ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, etc), enterprise applications (Informatica, ServiceNow etc.) and automation platforms
  • Deep understanding of product marketing principles and best practices, with experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex software solutions
  • Proven storyteller and history of creating positioning and messaging that supports rapidly growing product lines
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and work across functions within and outside of Marketing, building relationships to drive results
  • Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a proven track record of hiring, managing and leading high-performing teams
  • Passionate about technology, knowledgeable of relevant trends and strong curiosity about learning new things
