VIP Proximity IT Technician

One Belfort is seeking a skilled VIP Proximity IT Technician for one of its clients. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, personalized, and reactive IT service to all employees, with a focus on VIP users.

Requirements

• Bac +2 minimum in computer science (BTS SIO, DUT Informatique, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with regular contact with VIP profiles
• Excellent relational skills, sense of service, discretion, and diplomacy
• Good organizational skills, rigor, and team working taste
• Appetite for coordination, priority management, and operational steering
• Microsoft environment mastery (Windows 10/11, O365, Teams, Outlook, AD), ticketing tools (GLPI, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
• English language proficiency is an asset

Benefits

• CDI contract
• Monthly salary: €2,500 to €3,000 gross depending on profile and experience
• 35 hours per week, with a working schedule from 8:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday
