Vodafone is seeking a Location Independent Worker to join the Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team. This role focuses on ServiceNow implementation, improvement, and delivery using Agile methodologies within the Customer Delivery organisation. The ideal candidate will lead the transformation of legacy systems and enable data-driven decision-making to enhance visibility and performance. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Requirements
- Experienced in project delivery, transformation or tooling implementation roles.
- Experienced with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with strong data visualisation skills.
- Ideally someone with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
