VP, Business Systems Engineering, Company Pillar Systems

HubSpot’s Company Pillar, Business Systems organization is responsible for the People, Legal and Finance functions, ITSM tooling, and Generative AI enablement for Hubspot’s People, Legal and Finance teams. They seek a senior business systems leader to scale internal platforms, drive AI transformation, and nurture a high-performance team culture. The organization is seeking a team that can define and execute high-impact business processes, leveraging Generative AI to optimize operations. This role will require a strong technical background and experience in multiple core platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, Workday, Workato
• Experience working with People, Legal and Finance stakeholders at a senior level
• Proven leadership of multi‐disciplinary systems teams through scaling and transformation journeys
• Demonstrated ability to operationalise strategy and establish guardrails for complex, high‐volume systems environments
• Track record of building trusted partnerships with C-level and VP‐level stakeholders
• Alignment with HubSpot’s culture and HEART values
