Nomura is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Operations & Services Manager for its Singapore office. The role involves the design, implementation, and support of network infrastructure within a fast-paced, global financial services environment. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective IT strategies and ensure system reliability, security, and scalability. Nomura is a global leader in financial services and has a strong focus on innovation and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of technical and network operation experience in investment banking, financial institution, or large enterprise
- In-depth knowledge on network technology (TCP/IP, WAN/MAN/LAN)
- Experience with Cisco (CCNP, CCIE preferred) and Fortinet firewalls
- Experience with network management tools (HPNA, Sevone, SMARTS, Wireshark)
- Global project implementation experience
- Knowledge of incident management tools (ITIL framework, ServiceNow)
- Ability to lead and coordinate incident response
- Strong experience in network governance and control processes
- Experience in implementing and managing network access controls
Requirements Summary
