Supports the inventory of network hardware, maintains LAN, WLAN, or Voice inventory, and performs Network IMACD work for customers. Provides consultation, support, and guidance to clients on IMACD issues and participates in network team efforts.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Warehouse operations and associated activities
- 1-3 years of experience with networks IMACD activities (Hands-On)
- Cisco Systems familiarity
- Knowledge of industrial networking an asset
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Experience working with financial billing systems
- Experience working with network hardware
