Watch Officer, Senior

The Watch Officer, Senior position at CACI supports the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. The Senior Watch Officer leads 24/7 watch operations, oversees cybersecurity incidents, and ensures mission continuity.

Requirements

• US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of related work experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on managing IT or cybersecurity projects
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Ability to function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
• All relevant 8140 certifications
