Windows Admin

NTT DATA is seeking a Windows Admin to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu, India. The successful candidate will have multiple years of experience in Windows infrastructure technology specialization and be able to provide guidance and direction in this area.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in Windows infrastructure technology specialization
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed
• 5+ years of experience with Windows server
• Knowledge of MS Office Tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.
• Experience with TCP/IP, Routing Principles, Firewall Rules, DNS, troubleshooting packet loss/latency issues
• Knowledge of Active Directory, SRV Records, and Windows Authentication Process
• Experience with PowerShell and ability to create scripts or execute commands remotely against one or more servers
• Knowledge of Windows Clusters and high availability solutions
• Experience with Remote Storage (SAN, NAS, MPIO, SCALEIO, Veritas Volume Manager)
• Knowledge of HP Hardware, Driver/Firmware Updates, Diagnostics
• Experience with VMWare or other virtualization platforms
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service management system
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management platform
