Requirements
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex Server OS related issues
- Upgrade outdated servers to 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions
- Utilize extensive vSphere Operations experience to effectively manage and maintain virtualization environment
- Utilize GitLab and Operating System pipelines for template creation
- Perform IAVA remediation and STIG hardening on OS Server builds
- Complete Incident and Change Request tickets utilizing ServiceNow
- Develop and deliver documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security products
