Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or college.
- 3+ years or more of Workday functional experience.
- Certification preferred, not required.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM products is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Leadership skills, including taking ownership of incidents and communicating with stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset, with patience, empathy, responsiveness, and partnership.
