Avantor is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Shared Services Workday Reporting Analyst to support tactical reporting needs across HR. This role focuses on the operational delivery of Workday HCM reports, ensuring accurate, timely, and standardized reporting that supports business and HR service center operations.
Requirements
- Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports from Workday HCM.
- Build and maintain calculated fields, discovery boards, custom reports, and dashboards within Workday to meet operational reporting needs.
- Respond to reporting requests from HR teams, business users, and leadership within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain data integrity through routine audits and validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report functionality, access, and delivery.
- Document report specifications, run instructions, and schedules.
- Provide reporting support and assistance during major HR processes (e.g., performance management, mass data loads).
- Proficiency with Workday HCM reporting, including calculated fields and custom reports.
- Familiarity with the Workday object model.
- Experience supporting HR operational reporting (e.g., headcount, turnover, requisition tracking).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and case management.
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality and handling sensitive HR information appropriately.
